Topstitch Summer Craft Fair Blackpool

Stallholder Information 

Loading/Unloading

Set up is from 8am (no earlier). Please unload in St Johns Square at the front main entrance to the venue. It is vital you unload and move your vehicle quickly to allow other stallholders to do the same before the pathway barriers are closed. 

Unfortunately no on site parking is provided so it is your responsibility to find parking. There are a number of pay and display car parks in the area. 

The fair runs until 4pm on the Sunday so please have your wares available until this time. Packing up early is a big 'NO NO' as it looks unprofessional to last minute visitors and causes no end of issues. Anyone who packs up early will not be accepted on future fairs. 

The barriers at St Johns Square may not be open as we pack up so please allow extra time if you want to get your vehicle parked close to the venue. More information will be available on this as I get it. 

Layouts for stallholders will be posted in the week running up to the fair. No stallholder will be able to choose their own space and layouts are subject to last minute changes. Please keep an eye on the facebook event page for up to date information.

Food & Drink 

Onsite facilities are available within the Winter Gardens Venue at the stallholders own cost.

Advertising 

As many stallholders will know advertising has a massive impact on every events success. We extensively advertise all our events to give stallholders the best chance of making sales. While we cannot say what each visitor will buy we can guarantee a great footfall to each event. 

Leaflets will be displayed in local shops, schools and community groups. The Venue will have flyers months in advance. We do ask that each stallholder takes a handful of flyers when booking a stall and display them in prominent place such as your local shop, your car window or even your workplace notice board. 

Local media coverage will take place in the run up to the event, this will include pieces in The Fleetwood Weekly News and Blackpool Gazette.

Online promotions include sharing of the facebook event page, stallfinder listing, poster coverage and on venues own website.. 

The Ad Trike will be out on the day of the fair visiting local hotspots to drum up more visitors. This is an eyecatcher and always brings in locals and visitors to the town. 

Please help by inviting your friends and family and generally spreading the word.

2.5m x 2m space only £50 

1.8m table only £50
