Information for stallholders
Loading/Unloading
Set up is from 8am. Please DO NOT arrive early as you will not be given access to the building.
Any stallholder who has not arrived by 9:45am will lose their space and will NOT be refunded, this is to allow the space to be filled on the day.
A layout will be available on the facebook event page one week before the event. This is subject to change at anytime. Stallholders will not be able to choose their spot at the fair.
When unloading please use the double doors opposite the ice cream kiosk for the Main Hall, the car park at the rear of the building for the Vantini Room and the main entrance for the Rossall Room.
Car parking is free along the promenade and in the hotel car park.
Please DO NOT pack away before 4pm unless otherwise informed. Customers may be put off if arriving later in the fair to see people packing away and you will not be able to book future Topstitch events.
Food & Drink
Stallholders are welcome to bring along their own lunch but there are facilities on site also.
Advertising
As many stallholders will know advertising has a massive impact on every events success. We extensively advertise all our events to give stallholders the best chance of making sales. While we cannot say what each visitor will buy we can guarantee a great footfall to each event.
Leaflets will be displayed in local shops, schools and community groups and 400 will go out with the students at Shakespeare Primary School. The Euston will have flyers months in advance in the hotel itself. We do ask that each stallholder takes a handful of flyers when booking a stall and display them in prominent place such as your local shop, your car window or even your workplace notice board.
Local media coverage will take place in the run up to the event, this will include pieces in The Fleetwood Weekly News and Blackpool Gazette.
Online promotions include sharing of the facebook event page, stallfinder listing, poster coverage on The North Eustons own website and on the Visit Fylde site and newsletter.
The Ad Trike will be out on the day of the fair visiting local hotspots to drum up more visitors. This is an eyecatcher and always brings in locals and visitors to the town.
Two banners will also be placed outside the venue on the day of the fair.
Please help by inviting your friends and family and generally spreading the word.
Power/Electricity
Please inform us at the time of booking if you need access to power and we will do our best to make this possible but suggest you bring an extension cable as access is limited.
Stall Costs & Sizes
Single stalls are a 4ft table at £25
Double stalls are an 8ft table at £50
If you prefer to bring your own table the costs are as above but a single space will be 6ft and double 12ft
Please do not use any extra tables or stands around you. Each person has paid for the above only.
